Chairman
Neil Gill is the Chief Executive Officer and president of Dogtopia Enterprises. Neil has spent more than 35 years in franchising with international brands such as KFC, Pizza Hut, and Brinker International and more than 11 years at Gloria Jean’s Coffees as CEO, opening more than 1,000 stores across 39 countries. He has experience in taking franchise brands through IPOs and worked in a variety of sectors including online education, weight loss, bakery, and Asian tea. Neil has a love of franchising and the entrepreneurial spirit it enables in everyone involved.

Liz guides the Foundation’s mission to positively impact the world through dogs. With 25+ years in nonprofit, marketing, and public relations experience, she’s contributed to clients’ success across sectors. Liz’s commitment extends to community engagement initiatives, benefiting organizations like Starbucks, Kohl’s, Target, and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. An avid volunteer, she advocates for the arts and has served as a court-appointed special advocate (CASA) and president of the board of Waste Not.

Lindsey Revier
Board Member
Lindsey, Transformation Executive at TEKsystems Global Services, specializes in leading transformation and IT strategy. With 22 years in the IT space, she has worked with major clients such as Meta/Facebook, Google Business, Nike, Sports Illustrated, and Estee Lauder. Beyond technology, Lindsey passionately supports animal rescue organizations and helps individuals experiencing homelessness through board engagement.

Erik, founder of Headwerk, offers creative solutions for brand strategy, identity design, advertising, and more. With more than two decades of experience, he has worked on diverse projects for clients like USA Network, United Way, the Harlem Globetrotters, and Starwood Hotels. His creative expertise lies in environmental design, packaging, and web development, benefiting local and multinational clients. Erik is also the partner and brand manager for Twisted Union Wine Company, a winery based in Elgin, Arizona.

Russ, a prolific writer, director, and producer, has an impressive portfolio including award-winning documentaries, screenplays, and books. Now focused on the nonprofit sector, he lends his expertise to clients including the United Nations Foundation, Edwards Lifesciences Foundation, and American Institute of Architects. As the founder of After Hours Creative, Russ brings his creative direction to brand management and marketing, having worked with renowned clients like Disney, Coke, the U.S. Olympic Committee, and many others.

Janae is the CFO of Touchstone Behavioral Health, a not-for-profit organization that helps youth and their families acquire skills to live productive and responsible lives. Her career has been shaped working within energetic and dynamic entrepreneurial environments such as SEACRET, which she helped grow from a startup business to an international success with annual revenues exceeding $500 million dollars. Janae is deeply dedicated to the community, serving on boards and advocating for housing, equality, education, and empowering others to reach their full potential.
