Dogtopia of Waco
Dogtopia has been Waco’s top destination for dog parents looking for a safe and fun place to leave their dog or pamper them since March of 2008. Whether you just need to drop your dog off for a few hours or leave them over night, we offer daycare and boarding packages, as well as doggy spa services.
Trained professionals manage our playrooms to keep playtime fun, positive and safe. To ensure our four-legged guests’ safety and comfort, we separate dogs by size and temperament. If you want to pamper your dog, we offer a number of spa and grooming packages as well.

Our facility boasts three state-of-the-art playrooms with a total of 4,000 square feet. Our playrooms come with specialized rubber flooring that’s gentle on the soles and pads of dog’s feet as well as being beneficial for older dogs and pups suffering from joint ailments.
We also have a boutique that sells shampoos, dental and breath control and dog food.
Our highly-trained team of dog care professionals can recognize even the most subtle dog behavior and help your dog with their socialization skills.
To ease any separation anxiety your pup may have, we recommend bringing a favorite blanket and food if you’re planning to board your dog overnight or longer. We also offer webcam access so you can check in on your dog throughout the day.
We ask that any clients who want to take advantage of our doggy daycare or boarding services bring their dog to our location first for a scheduled appointment. That way, our team can conduct a meet and greet with them and determine if our open play environment is the right fit. We offer a free, no-obligation tour of our facilities. Dogtopia of Waco has earned certification status as a Heroes for Healthy PetsTM facility. The Heroes for Healthy PetsTM Certification Program in Infectious Disease Management provides training for preventative care, including strategic vaccination, and cleaning and disinfection protocols to help maintain disease-free facilities and keep pets healthy.
The program is co-sponsored by the International Boarding and Pet Services Association, National Association of Veterinary Technicians in America, Pet Sitters International, VETgirl, and Barkleigh Productions.

We proudly serve dog parents in Woodway, Hewitt, Baylor University and the surrounding regions at our conveniently-located facility near the intersection Valley Mills Drive and Bosque Blvd near Target. We are right next to the West Waco Library and behind the Cotton Patch Cafe. There’s plenty of parking, including spots for customers with accessibility needs.
When you bring your dog to us, they will receive award-winning service from our dedicated team of professionals. We have won Wacoan Magazine’s Best of Waco Awards for Grooming, Boarding and Dog Day Care. We have also received honors from Locals Love Us for Boarding and Sitting, and Dog Washing and Grooming!
